Campsis radicans. It will either break the tree from its increasing weight, or strangle it.

I also have a vine growing along my fence that I'm a little curious about. I want to make sure it is safe for my son to be around. I don't know much about plants. All I can tell you is that we live in Texas and it has been growing berries since about the beginning of spring. The berries start in the center of a leaf, between what looks like layers of the leaf, and as they grow, the take over the leaf, as though it eats away at it, and the leaf disappears. Te berries are, once getting through the layers of the leaf, are a pinkish red and as they get bigger they are a firm green berry. If you have any knowledge as to what this might be I would greatly appreciate it.

Can you post a picture? It actually sounds like galls, not berries. Galls are structures created by tiny insects on leaves.
