Need vine suggestions for 500 ft of chain link fence...

I'm installing about 500 ft of chain link fence on the south boundery of my yard. I would like to make it a living wall so I don't have to look at the chain link.

I live in Merced, CA in the Central Valley. So it can get pretty hot in the summer and freezes in the winter. There will be drip irrigation along the entire fence, so water is not an issue. The fence will also get full sun in the summer with no shade.

Given these conditions, what fast growing vines that stay green all year round and tolerate sun and freeze would be recommended?

I pretty much discounted annuals because from what I understand, they die at the end of the season. For some of the vines I'd be ok for some that go dorment and shed their leaves, but they need to come back in the spring.

But if I can get away with fast growing vines that stay green all year long, that would be preferable.
