Is this a MG? If so, what type?

Been a little interested in morning glories lately, mostly because I've heard they make a delicious wine when you steep the flowers in water for a couple of weeks :) And, of course, because they're pretty flowers :P
Anyways, I found this vine crawling over a fence at a restaurant I went to the other day and thought this looks like morning glories. What do you think? Sorry about the picture quality, it was getting dark and my camera decided not to co operate :)
I'm far from an expert, but i reckon it's Ipomoea indica.
