I am wanting a vine to climb the 2 6x6 posts I put in the ground for my hammock. I would like a vine with a good scent to it (to enjoy whilst reading in the summer), the longer the better. But also equally important is the aesthetics of it. What I really want to avoid is the vine getting really bulky. I like the idea of a "subtle" climber. Not sure how else to descibe it. Thin, as aposed to thick, when you look at it. I am guessing that I need to stay away from the invasive types as well as become educated on how to trim/prune the plant. What are the thoughts from you veteran gardners out there?
