Less is more with Wisteria - no fertilizer is necessary, they are very drought tolerant. Yellowing of the leaves is to be expected at this time of year - it's going dormant. Just let mother nature take care of it. If you go for a month without rain, then you might give it a bit of water, but otherwise just leave it alone. It will re-leaf in the spring.
