Need help with Silver Vine (Actinidia polygama)

I have started this indoors, but it seems to be growing very slowly. Any tips? I have about 20K lumens concentrated sort of red/blue CFLs (half soft / half daylight). I heat the water to about no more than 78 degrees F. I use a use FloraGro (2-1-6) about 1 cup for 15-20 gallons. This is a deep water culture setup.

All of these vines came to me in what I would describe as a bundle of dead sticks with roots. After some time the green buds started popping out.

The link below mentions young plants needing extra Phosphorus

" Young plants need extra phosphorus to encourage good root development. Look for a fertilizer that has phosphorus, P, in it(the second number on the bag.) Apply recommended amount for plant per label directions in the soil at time of planting or at least during the first growing season. "
