anyone know about a varigated wild voilet from texas

Hi everyone. Im trying real hard to naturalize my wooded area behind my house, Theres someone whom hads wild varigated violets with purple flowers with a little white in them.They are supposed to be native to texas. They dont have a pic so i have no idae what they look like. But i think im am interested in them but i need to find out what variety they are and if they are hardy to my zone 5 area. so...does anyone know of this violet or atleast have an idea what it is.....i want to get the name ,look for a pic of it and send it to my trader to see if that is the one he has. lol. i hate beind difficult, but if its not hardy, its going to die on me, why would i want it,lol. Thank you much! Missy

About this variegated violet from Texas,I'd suggest to look for Viola walteri...Moreover it is really very easy...
