Too Early To Plant Baby Violets Outside?

Hi All
This is my first time trying to grow violets. I started some pansies and johnny jump ups from seed about a month ago, and now I have tiny little plants. I read that you should plant violets outside about a month before the last frost date, which is coming up soon for my area. I'm not sure though, are these plants too little to put outside? Thanks for any advice.

The temperatures outside are probably favorable for violets (or pansies and Johnny-jump-ups in your case) to be planted, but your seedlings do look a bit small to go out just yet since they were started indoors. I would give them another few weeks of growth if possible, and then move them to shade and finally, sun.

Good luck!
