How hardy is viola etain really?

Is anybody in zones 4 or 5 overwintering viola etain successfully? I am dying to get some of these, but the hardiness ratings I see in catalogs varies from 4 to 6. Also, I have seen catalogs that say full sun to full shade. Any advice on sun tolerance?

It didn't survive winter by me. Waste of money...performed poorly. It looks good in the catalog, though, doesn't it?

Thanks for the feedback, Susan. I wish it were better news. Yes, they do look lovely in the catalog, but I guess some things are not meant to be.
