| Dear Liz, Actually D'Udine is double and is a parma. You might have understand it is semidouble because it is rightly "so double" that the center of the flower never opens and the petals are not colored... Here is a list of link to pictures of semi doubles and d'udine... http://perso.wanadoo.fr/n.casbas/images/photos/dlg.jpg http://perso.wanadoo.fr/n.casbas/images/photos/cyclope.jpg http://perso.wanadoo.fr/n.casbas/images/photos/countessofshafterbury.jpg http://perso.wanadoo.fr/n.casbas/images/photos/dudine.jpg Do you know that Cyclope was raised in France but was lost for ages and that it came back in europe after a stay in australia!? You might easily find those varieties down under at Rob's. They don't make seeds or so few! Cheers Nathalie |
