As I promise some time ago, here's a pic of viola Dark Freckles: blue blooms with that purple speckles :-) Lovely, isn't it ?

| No, as all sororia it's not scented at all, but, well...it's such a beauty :-) Another pic, riviniana purpurea :-)

Yann: if the blooms are the same (you're the only one to know as I've never heard of that blue diamon before), they are synonym :-)
Yes Joanmary, as you can see, it all a kind of red/brown ! It's just because I give it fresh blood (not mine, children's blood is the best) and sometimes meet ;oP Just kidding ;-) Let's post another pic: riviniana, but the one we have here in France, less beautiful, isn't it ?! All the best :-)

| Hello thierry, on your peppered palm, which form did the foliage look like ?
It's an hybrid between sororia 'freckles' and palmata and the one i saw before has not so much freckles on its petals. --

Yeah Nathalie: I still have flowers not you :-PPPPP That's my round ;-)
Denis: the foliage is just the same as palmata. I only have 2 blooms, it was at my mum's home before and didn't like too much the move here. I crossed riviniana X riviniana purpurea :-P The pod is really in the good way...suavis X odorata alba too :-) I'm not sure reichenbachiana X odorata alba is going to sucess: the pod is a bit strange...
It's a pity I don't have odorata's flowers anymore, I can't cross odorata with one of my sororia :-/ All the best.

Hello etii,
I don't understand if your 'peperred palm' is the result of a crossing you made yourself. It seems not to be the same that what i know (or knew) before. If it's your own, it's need a new name to be registred !
A really good candidate for Portugal contest !!! --

| Salut ! :-) No, my peppered palm is not my own: Nathalie gave me the seeds a long time ago: good investment I guess ;o)
I won't be ready for Portugal contest BUT I'll be there :-) Such a long time I'm thinking about visiting that nice corner of the world :-) Hope we'll be able to see that marvellous viola arborescens.
