I just moved this one its new home -- it's been growing at my parents house for many years.

About your pubescens: 8-P
Thanks to seeds, I had some sucess (for once !!!!) this spring in some american yellow violets (we don't have such yellow ones in Europe, except biflora which is more a pansy than a violet I think).
I can't hardly wait until I see blooms from them: Lobota, Pinnetorum, Sheltonii <- such a lovely foliage !!!!
