'Freckles' is not germinating. Any advice?

| Help! I planted T&M 'Freckles' seeds on March 8. I covered them with black plastic and then put them in the fridge. I finally removed them 4 days ago and placed the container on top of the fridge, still covered. There is no sprouting taking place. However, I do see (humor me..I don't know the proper term) a couple seeds with a white "fuzz" around them which looks to me like the beginnings of germination but it seems like they've looked the same for about a week now. Anyone been successful starting these from seed? Any advice? |

| I have 11 plants I started from seed. I did not stratify them though. They were T&M too. I would suggest to get the grow lights closer to the seeds, it seems to work just fine. But if yours don't germinate and if Jenny answers that 'Freckles' comes true from seed, you can have mine, because I'll have about a gazillion of them. -Robin |
