What about this book sold on amazon in Japan (link)? I took me quite a long time to understand how it was possible to get it: but I succeeded :-) My first order (maybe the last one) in Japan ;o) I do love Internet for that: the world's so small.
I'll probably not understand everything as long as I do not understand japanese, but I can hardly wait until I slobber watching the pictures !! Take care :-)
