Dying violets

Posted by jenegie NCa (My Page) on

Hi I recently moved into a house with a beautiful garden and have little experience with taking care of plants. So far everything seems to be surviving except the violets. They appeared very healthy when I moved in but soon after started getting what looked like brown blisters on their leaves. Their leaves began to curl and they are dying back. I have been watering them extra since I noticed this happening but it doesn't seem to be helping them. Could I be watering them too much? Please, any help would be great. Thank you very much.

RE: Dying violets

Look closely at the brown blisters. Are they insects?
