Apricot Colored Violets

I have been searching for plants of an apricot colored violet, Sulphurea for several years. I found seed in Thompson and Morgan, but had no luck with germination. Does anyone know where I can find some plants? I have many varieties of violet, hosta, daylilly or most any other perennial I would be willing to trade. There is also an apricot violet, Famecheck, which I would love to have.

Hi,
I saw the seeds to Famecheck in the T&M catolog that I was going to order, but my order was far over the alloted amount I wanted to spend, next year hopefully. I normally have good luck with their seeds, but the main plant I was looking forward to growing didnt germinate either :( ! I hate that.
I did purchase a Viola "Chantreyland" from a local garden center that has apricot colored flowers. Its starting to get a little leggy and I think I'd better give it a cutting. I would be happy to send you some cuttings. Email me.

I recall seeing an apricot colored violet listed in Canyon Creek Nursery's catalog. I do not remember where they are located. Maybe someone else can supply the location.

Canyon Creek has 2 apricot varieties: Sulphurea Irish Elegance and an Australian import, Crepuscule.

I bought Famecheck seeds from T&M. Had to refrigerate for several months then set the pot out in cold greenhouse in Jan to finally get germination.
