| I hardly ever get fall blooms here (in Maryland, US), but this particular [first year] F2 seedling from Viola striata X walteri looks like it's got a tendency to bloom again in the fall. I hope it keeps doing this, and passes it on to offspring too! |

| Greetings Tom! I'm still getting blooms on the Canadian violet I got from Viola Valley this spring. I did move some inside, the striata you gave me and a few from Canyon Creek. It's almost heaven to lay on the couch and read a book and have that scent wafting around!! There must have been a violet patch near where we lived when I was little 'cause it's defiantly a "comfort" smell! -B |
