Colors on my violet, variegation or disease???? :)

I have some wild violets ..... (viola sororia) that seem to be (not all of them) developing yellow veining...... and splashes.... though they look otherwise healthy.... is this some sort of variegation or mutation or is it a disease???? :) If I didn't know better I'd sayit was a pretty, new hybrid.... :)

I have grown one plant like yours; the yellow pattern was not very significant nor stable, but it didn't seem to reduce the plant's vigour.
