Looks like this is a tree sprout.
Take a look what grows around: my first thought was Ailanthus but I do not see a specific "nail" near the base of the leaves...,
may be something of Juglandaceae family -- Juglans, Carya...

After looking up Ailanthus I think it must be that since it's extremely aggressive and stinks! I'm glad I pulled it thanks for the id,
