Heart-shaped base-Leathery leaf Weed

I just sprayed a large area with Roundup and it took only 3-4 weeks for this stuff to emerge. It is everywhere that was chemically treated !

Any ideas?

This is burdock, Arctium sp.

Thanks so much for identifying this plant !
I was confused about it since it was such a low growing
ground plant. But I guess burdock only forms stems
the second year. That is probably what is happening here.
