Not up on Texas weeds I'm afraid but your middle 'clover' is an Oxalis. Not a Nitrogen fixer like true clovers and also many of them are really hard to eradicate because they produce hundreds of bulbils.

The third one I don't know but I can tell you it isn't a clover.

#1 might be wild carrot or Queen Anne's lace, Daucus carota.

Regarding plant #1, did you ever have Love-in-a-Mist (aka nigella) planted in the area?

It self-seeds like crazy and the seedlings look very similar to that.

Once it crosses for several generations though the colors get too "muddy" and it isn't pretty any more.
