ID my weeds?

Hello,

I am just about ready to start cleaning my garden area and I am interested in knowing what my 'weeds' are.

I live on Long Island. There is a moss, a grass?, a flower?, and about three others plants/weeds.

Thanks ^.^

Here is a link that might be useful: Pics

If you edit the post, the pics disappear unless you re-post them. As it is, you have the kind of weeds I wish I had, invisible ones!

Thanks, there should be a link up there now. And are you sure that you want invisible weeds? They'll be awfully hard to pull up.

All except the wild onion are annuals. Pull before they set seed.

That's good to know but what exactly are they?

RE: ID my weeds?

A few clues, such as where you live, are helpful in naming names. need city please.

something 1 - mouse-ear chickweed
grass? = annual bluegrass (Poa annua)
032 - more chickweed? /
034 - more chickweed? / need closer views of these last two

Something2 is fleabane, Erigeron
the next 3 look like chickweed
Johnson's Grass, a weed
31 I want to call this Senecio but I don't think that's right. Whatever it is, it has a yellow bloom and is a weed.
32 and 34 Veronica persica
Allium vineale
Hypnum moss
Lycoris bulb (not a weed!) with more of whatever 31 is.
