Need Weed/Grass ID please

Any idea what these are? Ignore the chickweed underneath ;)

#1 The sun caught this stuff and made it look more yellow than it really is. Looks more like a light blueish green. It's near some tall ornamental grass, but I don't think it is related:

#2 Is this crab grass already!?

Top appears to be frosted chives (Allium schoenoprasum, a perennial belonging to the onion family). Do not have a clue about bottom pic. Can you describe the flower or supply a photo?

#2 may be Dactylis, probably D.glomerata
(Poaceae are not easy to identify even having much more details).

There is no flower on the bottom weed as of yet. In some areas they look like they are growing into big 1'+ across clumps. So it's not crabgrass?
