How to kill water pennywort on my grass

Hi! I noticed that my backdoor neighbor has water pennywort on her backyard and it started to invade my grass now. My next door neighbor put new grass on his front yard and now is invaded with water pennywort. What can we do to kill it without killing my grass. We already tried pulling it out but is not doing it all. Any chemicals, any ideas, please help us out!!!! Thanks!!!!

Having pennyworth in your yard believes that there is no known biological control for water pennywort, although goats are known to forage on many types of emergent vegetation.

Systemic herbicides are absorbed and move within the plant to the site of action. Systemic herbicides tend to act more slowly than contact herbicides.
