Control Ground Ivy, henbit, geranium molle in prairie planting

I seek informed knowledge concerning how to control these weeds in a prairie restoration project. GI is an agressive perennial, henbit a non-agressive annual, geranium molle a biennial; you see my dilemma. Help please.
