I have a lawn I planted from fescue seed a few years ago here in the Seattle/Tacoma Washington area but since I've planted it I've had other grasses invade it (surprise, surprise!).

The other grasses I'm seeing appear to be perennial grasses because I've been seeing them I believe all winter if that helps narrow things down as I don't think they're annual weeds.

I'm trying to identify what they are (step 1) then determine a treatment plan (step 2) including getting rid of existing weeds and also applying pre-emergent(s) in spring or fall if that's appropriate to stop more of them.

If you can comment on the pics that would be great!
