HELP ... A "friend" gave me some creeping jenny as a ground cover ... I didn't realize how invasive this plant is !!! How do I get rid of it without harming the neighboring plants (which it hasn't already choked to death)???

RE: creeping jenny

Creeping Jenny, Moneywort, "Lysimachia nummularia", is often described in plant catalogs as "can be invasive" which is about as close as they will get to saying don't buy this.
Once you have this stuff uprooting it is about the only truely effective means of control. You can try, and spend a lot of money buying "weed" killers and still have it. Most every thing I see about this is that "weed" poisons are only somewhat, and short term, effective.
