What are these weeds?

These weeds are BACK. Last year, my backyard was completely taken over by these weeds. They started out small, like the picture, but grew to up to 6 feet tall and 3 feet across. I ended up pulling up 80% of them in the fall, while the others got chopped down by my lawnmower.
Please help me identify the weed and let me know if you have any suggestions (aside from nuking the backyard)
