| I have a creek running across the back of my garden & this time of year the algae grows in there like mad. Each sspring I spend a back breaking day pulling it all out by hand & rake. I have 167' of algae filled creek. I am getting older now & really need to try to find something to help with this. |

| Anything that could be used to clear the algae would have to be put in the stream above your property and would contaminate the water below your property. I am aware that you dislike the algae but the little creatures that hid in it and eat it need the cover and food. |

seems like I've read that cornmeal helps with algae; you might check into it, maybe google "algae cornmeal" or "cornmeal ponds" or some such. best luck! |
