'Jacob's weed'?

Any one familiar with this weed? I have a picture I am going to try to post. My first image post so.... This picture was sent by my aunt below the Columbine is a lighter green three leaved plant she calls "Jacob's weed" I looked in all my books with no such entry. I Did a Google search and only found reference to some kids marijuan stash. I would like to now some alternative names for it so I can get more info on how to control it.

Possibly 'bishop's weed" or "gout weed", the non-variegated form? Google "Aegopodium podagraria"
