It is growing in a gravel driveway in North Florida.

| Doesn't look quite right to be shepherds purse and I would go with pepperweed, (I have both this and shepherds purse) but it is very closely related and can probably be considered the same thing for virtually all purposes--growth habits are pretty much the same, control is the same, weedy nature is the same, both are in the mustard family, etc. It is not perennial pepperweed, which can be quite invasive and hard to remove since it is perennial. This one spreads by seeds and is easy to control with either tillage or herbicides. |
