weed with round puffy purple flowers

I can't seem to find the name of this weed. But it grows flat on the ground on long vines that are kinda fuzzy. the flower is purple but this one is white because it has been sprayed with weed be gon. This weed has gone to seed and has seed pods on it on the lower right side of the picture. How do I kill it and what do I do about the seeds it has already put out (as in when do I treat to prevent them)?

Does it "faint" when you touch it?

oh goodness.... I didn't notice it doing it before when I was out there trying to pull it by hand but I did after I touched just one leaf. It's pretty cool but I def. still want it gone. I sprayed the yard with weed be gon but I don't think that will be the end of it since it has already gone to seed. the leaves have started to somewhat dry up and I did go out and cut off lots of seed pods so that maybe next yr. won't be so bad. Any other suggestions?

Dig them up and sell them for $20 each to someone up north!
