Southeast Texas Weed Problem

So I have had a heck of a time identifying this weed and, moreover, getting it under control.

I'm new to the house so this is my first year starting from growing season. I have done 1 application of scott's weed and feed followed by another application about 2 months later. No luck!

Any help on getting this solved? Thank you.
