What is this and how do I get rid of it?

I have patches of this stuff throughout my yard. I fertilized 2 weeks ago and sprayed the weeds with Weed-B-Gon Max a week later. It doesn't seem to be affecting this weed at all. Any idea what this is and what I can use to get rid of it?

My soil was tested last year and has a pH of 6.5 and plenty of available nutrients. I did add some top soil last fall to level off some uneven areas and it does look like the weed is growing wherever I had to add some extra topsoil.

Chickweed?
I could be more certain if one plant was isolated against a plain background.

Yes, it's chickweed. Get rid of it by mowing the lawn shorter and more regularly so the chickweed can't flower. Leave the mowings on the ground. Chickweed will not grow in a dense healthy lawn but needs bare soil to germinate.

Yes - that one's Mouse Ear Chickweed, Cerastium vulgatum.
