Assistance with plant identification - poison oak/ivy

My wife got a rash after coming into contact with a bag of top soil that had been sitting in the yard for a season or two. I have some pictures of some weeds growing nearby and need some help identifying. We have 2 young children and I need to know if I need to control the area. Any assistance identifying would be appreciated.

Those look like two different plants to me.The top might be a Geum species. I can't id the bottom one with the info given. Can you show the whole plant?

Does not look like any poison ivy or oak I have seen.

The top one looks like cinquefoil. It's not poisonous that I know of. I've seen a lot of poison ivy, but the bottom one doesn't look like poison ivy, either
