Do you know what it is? It has absolutely taken over my lawn, my flower beds, my rock garden--everything. I don't care so much about the lawn, but I'm worried about my perennials getting choked out.

The flowers on this weed (which will emerge soon from the little stems sprouting from the base of the leaves) are blue, and I believe they have four petals. They're not tubular like Creeping Charlie flowers.
