The photo is not the best because there is no close-up but from what I see it looks like poison ivy. You can buy poison ivy killer at Home Depot or Lowes. My yard has tons of it and I save the ivy killer for the established vines. For these little guys I take a garden spade to get rid of them.

As previously said, the photo is too far away to id for certain. But to me these look like maple seedlings. Just pull them up.

Maple seedlings for certain. You can see the cotyledons on some of them.

They're about 3-4 inches high

They are unequivocally maple seedlings. Not sure why you are still doubtful as I mentioned the cotyledons which are unmistakable. If you Google a few images you'll see them.
