Why won't these go away?

Hello all!

I have a horrible time with weeds in my back yard. Evey spring and fall I use a Scott's weed and feed product. I pull all weeds that do happen to emerge, but they always come back! I think it might be due to the fact I'm in a town house, so my yard is teeny tiny and none of my neighbors pull there weeds. Also, the assocation does not weed the common areas frequently, so they all migrate back to my yard.

Can anyonw help me identify these three weeds? They are the ones that keep coming back:
