Looks just like poison ivy to me. Sorry.

I don't know any impostor plants. Once you get an eye for poison ivy, it stands out. Looks like it to me too. I take a plastic bag over my hand, pull it and wrap the bag around ivy and throw in the garbage. Or I spray it with brush killer if the roots are to large. But the leaves are left and I still might touch them later. I am always on the lookout and ready to attack!
