Plant ID - Pics will come.

I found this growing sort of near a Japanese Umbrella Pine we planted a bit earlier. It looks a little bit like a lotus alpinus, or a jade plant with flatter leaves. Succulent, pink stems that are fairly thickish (half a centimeter, maybe?) and succulent, green, tear-drop shaped leaves. The leaves are arranged circularly around the stem (primarily at the end, and a few new leaves seem to be popping out from where the old ones attached) and are mostly at the ends of the stem.

It's not a spurge -- I broke one of the stems and nothing milky came out.

If anyone has any idea what this might be, would it be possible to pot it or anything? It's not really bothering me where it is but I'm pretty sure it's not hardy, it's kinda cute, and I'm considering trying to overwinter it.

I did take some pics, but I can't find my camera's USB cord at the moment. Upload them as soon as stuff gets found.
