| Hi-
I've posted pics on my shutterfly page. These woody-stemmed tree/bush-ish weeds are popping up and the small ones are hard to pull. I had to cut one that was 1.5' tall. Tough little plant. They're sprouting up like suckers would, but I dont see anything that would be the source tree/bush. They're coming up in different areas of my yard, too - so I'm guessing that it's not a sucker situation. The leaves are rough/fuzzy. What is it and how to I kill it???? Pls help! I'm new to TX and I have a yard full of plants I can't ID. I'll be posting more, including some that may be wildflowers. | They look like hackberry seedlings to me. The blog post I've linked has an excellent clickable picture of a hackberry seedling, it's the 9th picture down. |
