Do you mean hogweed?

There is a garden plant with attractive flowers called portulaca, should be able to get it where ever annuals are sold.

You didn't state the reason that you wanted it. Was it for the flowers, or the type that is used for eating? If it is the type used for eating, it is really easy to find in areas of poor soil. I tried this years ago at an herb festival, and they prepared it in many ways. It has a sort of "sour" taste, but not unpleasant.
