| Hi I'm quite new to this forum and new to gardening. My lawn is over run with a weed my local nursery said was spurge. What is the best way to kill it off. I do have pets and local wildlife around. Appreciate the help. |

| Spurges grow best in compacted soils that are in poor condition. A quick way to eliminate them is with any broad leaf "weed" killer, but long range is to improve the soil, add organic matter and have a good, reliable soil test done to see what else may be needed to make that soil better. |
