What type of weeds this is?

This is a picture of weeds growing at the edge of my lawn. It overwhelm the regular grass quickly and seems to be resistant to dryness. Grow better with strong sunlight.
What is this? Any recommendation of how to suppress them or kill them without hurting the lawn.

It could be a weed grass, but some grass seed mixtures actually contain a variety of different grasses, some of which do better in shade and others in full sun, etc.

Even a specialist would probably have to have a good photo of the root structure and maybe even the flowers and seed of your invader to be certain if it is friend or foe.
