Weed or native plant. Can it be classified as landscape plant?

There is no picture of your plant.

A "weed" is any plant that you do not want growing where you do not want it growing. All "weeds" are native plants, wild flowers, or in many cases a desirable plant for some people while a "weed" for others. In my yard I have a lot of "Rosa rugosa" growing in places I do not want it to grow and so they are "weeds" in my yard.

ITs a native plant. And Yes, I grow it as a landscape plant in my yard.
