ID creeping woody weed in St. Aug

I have this weed that is popping up all over my yard. It grows very low to the ground. Woody/fibrous creeping stem that has green tiny little leaves on it. When I attempt to pull it from the areas where it is growing from, it simply breaks off and continues to grow. If I don't pull it though it will get very long and spread out. This is a new unestablished yard of St. Augustine.

The picture does not show enough of the plant to identify. Have you taken a sample of that plant to your local office of the Texas A & M Cooperative Extension Service for ID?

I agree that the attached photo doesn't show enough... I have more pics of it, but this website is really lacking. They only let you post a pic that is under 60k which is a joke. I opted to post over at gardenguides which seems to be a lot less restrictive on pic posting. Get with the program gardenweb.

Do the leaves have a dark spot on them? The photo reminds me of spurge.
