Please tell me this isn't giant hogweed

Hi,

I have only a couple of these around the outside of the house. I can't figure out what the heck they are. I took this pic outside my window. The plant is now about 11' tall and doesn't appear to be making any flowers/seeds yet. I think its fairly attractive and simple looking. We live on alot of property and let nature do its thing for the most part, so I don't want to assume its a bad guy yet, and get rid of it.

I've searched and searched and can't find it listed anywhere.

Any ideas? Please don't tell me its some invasive awful weed, as we have too many of those already.

Not hogweed but a weed nevertheless, -- this is Lactuca canadensis.

My leaves are so much larger than the images on the internet. Is this normal? And shouldn't it be making flowers by now?
