Identify weed please

I have this weed in my yard, and I also would like to know if it is a perennial weed.

| Knotweed. Puts out a jillion seeds at every node! So in my opinion, worse than a perennial. |

| spurge not knotweed makes lots of seeds so you think it is perennial |

| Thanks for your response, I believe it is spurge ,because I googled to see a picture of it and it looks like spurge. I have it in my yard and pulled up a lot yesterday. It is an annual weed. Betty |
