Soft-woody-like weed

I posted this weed months ago:

Since the weed was still small without flowers, it couldn't be identified.

I took a picture of the plant with its tiny pink-maroon color flowers on it. Sorry about the blurriness of the picture, for trying to get a close-up. Hopefully, it still can be identifiable.

Have you taken a sample of this to your counties Cooperative Extension Service office?
Some location descriptor other than United States might also help.

This is Acalypha virginica, commonly called threeseed mercury or Virginia copperleaf.
