Is this Milk Thistle?

Just wondering if my ID is correct. And what is it used for? Thanks

This is not Milk Thistle, Silybum marianum. Look at the leaves - they are not variegated/mottled. Looks like common spear thistle, Cirsium vulgare, but I don't know what is most likely in your region.

Even if it were Milk Thistle you should do very thorough research before using it for anything. Preferably consult a qualified herbalist.
